React Native Tech Lead
The React Native Tech Lead will define the technical direction and architecture for a white label React Native platform. This role involves establishing and governing modularisation standards across engineering teams and driving the adoption of design systems, feature management, and testing strategies.
The Tech Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to align the technical roadmap with business objectives. They will also build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, own mobile platform reliability, performance, and scalability, and lead CI/CD strategy, release governance, and app store compliance. The role also includes representing mobile engineering in organisational technical decisions.
- Define technical direction and architecture for white label React Native platform

- 5+ years mobile development experience, with 4+ years in React Native leadership roles (required)
- Mastery of React Native ecosystem, architecture patterns, and performance optimisation (required)
- Proven leadership of 2-4 squads or platform teams with measurable outcome (required)
- Proven experience scaling white-label platforms to hundreds of variants (required)
- Governance of multi-package monorepos and release automation across 100+ variants (required)
- Expert in design systems, feature management, and testing strategies (required)
- Track record of building and leading engineering teams (required)
- Strong experience with release automation and app store processes (required)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (required)
- Strategic thinking with hands-on technical capabilities (required)
