Senior Billing and Commercial Analyst
Digitain is seeking a Senior Billing and Commercial Analyst responsible for tracking the company's financial performance against a plan. This role involves analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and assisting senior management in making tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.
The Senior Billing and Commercial Analyst analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data. They will gather and evaluate industry and economic fiscal data to predict investment performance.
- Create, improve, and use invoice calculation methodologies and models.
- Communicate with company partners and other departments, resolving issues and providing clarifications.
- Control company services prices and costs.
- Provide effective currency management as well as to optimize the trading process for all foreign exchange transactions.
- Collect data from different sources for analyzing company partners performance.
- Compare and analyze actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures, provide trends and forecasts, explain processes and techniques.
- Analyze results, monitor variances, identify trends.
- Analyze and interpret data and make comparative analyses, study proposed changes in methods and materials.
- Develop automated reporting/forecasting tools.
- Participate in new partners contracts considering and approving process.
- Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies.
- Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
- Working experience in data/business analysis (required)
- Working experience with large databases (required)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling (required)
- Familiarity with BI and analytical tools (Power BI, MS Office, Analysis services, etc.) (required)
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA is a plus (nice-to-have)
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills (required)
- Knowledge of English, Armenian, Russian (required)
- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow (required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, be comfortable interacting with executive-level management (required)
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently (required)
