Senior Product Manager – Payments
Digitain is looking for a talented Payment Senior Product Manager to lead and manage its payment solutions portfolio. The role involves driving the development, optimisation, and enhancement of payment products to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient payment experiences for customers and partners.
The successful candidate will oversee the product lifecycle for payment solutions, including gateways, processing, and settlement systems. They will be expected to collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, and business teams to deliver payment features and improvements while identifying market trends and customer needs to prioritise product enhancements.
- Own the product lifecycle for payment solutions including gateways, processing, and settlement systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, and business teams to deliver payment features and improvements.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to prioritise product enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with payment industry standards and regulations.
- Manage relationships with payment service providers and partners.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on data insights.
- Develop product roadmaps and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience managing payment products within iGaming ecosystem or related fintech solutions (required).
- Deep understanding of payment processing workflows, gateways, fraud prevention, and reconciliation (required).
- Strong project management and communication skills (required).
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams (required).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for product decisions (required).
- Willing to travel to Digitain Armenia HQ every month for the first 6 months (required).
- Good command of English communication skills (required).
- Knowledge of PCI DSS, AML, PSD2, and other payment regulations (preferred).
- Experience with alternative payment methods such as e-wallets and crypto payments (preferred).
- Prior experience in a SaaS or technology company (preferred).
