Senior Tax Accountant
The company is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join its dynamic and fast-growing team.
The role involves preparing and filing tax returns and documentation, including transfer pricing reports with outsourced consultants. It also requires analysing the tax implications of cross-border operations and advising management on tax-efficient structures. The Senior Tax Accountant will liaise with external tax advisors and authorities on international tax matters and assist in audits related to tax issues.
Further responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting new international tax legislation, supporting the development and implementation of tax policies and controls, and maintaining accurate documentation for tax audits and statutory compliance. The role also provides support in financial reporting related to taxes under IFRS and assists in special projects like mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion.
Additionally, the Senior Tax Accountant will participate in the preparation and review of consolidated tax reports and financial statements for group entities, ensure intercompany transactions are accurately documented, and coordinate with finance teams in other jurisdictions for timely tax consolidation and reporting. The role also involves reviewing and providing tax-related input on company sales and acquisition contracts.

- Participate in the preparation and review of consolidated tax reports and financial statements for group entities.
- Ensure intercompany transactions are accurately documented and reflected in consolidated reports.
- Coordinate with finance teams in other jurisdictions to ensure timely and accurate tax consolidation and reporting.
- Review and provide tax-related input on company sales and acquisition contracts to identify risks, ensure compliance, and optimize tax outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- Master’s or ACCA is an advantage (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tax (required).
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian (required).
- Strong knowledge of Corporate, Income, VAT Tax regulations, IFRS related to tax reporting (required).
