- Transform complex, large-scale datasets into strategic insights that shape business decisions and unlock sustainable growth across the organization.
- Translate sophisticated analyses into clear, compelling narratives that influence stakeholders at multiple levels and drive alignment on key priorities.
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of experiments, proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate learning and optimize performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine strategic initiatives, improve performance across channels, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Build, automate, and continuously improve scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards that empower teams to make faster, data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field (required).
- At least 2 years of analytics or data science experience (required).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, or Matlab (required).
- Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing (required).
- Experience building models (nice-to-have).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for diverse audiences (required).
- Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to uncover new insights from data (required).
