Growth Marketing Associate
As a Growth Marketing Associate, the individual will help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through high-impact paid social campaigns across DraftKings apps. The role sits at the intersection of media strategy, creative execution, and performance optimisation, reaching millions of sports and gaming fans.
In this role, the associate will collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Product, and external partners to deliver measurable business results. Working in a fast-paced environment where data drives decision-making, the associate will have the opportunity to test new ideas, uncover insights, and make an immediate impact on growth.
- Develop and execute media buying and paid social media strategies across digital platforms to support customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Launch, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns, leveraging audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and budget allocation to maximise performance.
- Identify and execute A/B tests across creative, messaging, audience segmentation, and campaign structure to uncover insights and improve results.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, and Product teams to develop innovative ad concepts and deliver engaging campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and communicate actionable insights, recommendations, and results to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Analytics team to evaluate performance trends, measure incremental impact, and inform future campaign strategies.
- Manage the creative workflow and asset delivery process for key acquisition and retention initiatives across paid social channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, platform representatives, and advertising partners to stay informed on emerging opportunities and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, media buying, paid social advertising, or a related field (required).
- Experience managing or supporting campaigns within paid social advertising platforms (required).
- Knowledge of digital media optimisation principles, including A/B testing, audience targeting, campaign measurement, and bidding strategies (required).
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations (required).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners (required).
- The ability to work from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Bulgarian time (required).
