New Business Executive, Predictions
DraftKings is looking for a VIP New Business Executive to streamline and enhance the onboarding and acquisition of high-value traders. The role involves prospecting and sourcing to build relationships and continuously engage customers to foster long-term loyalty.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising the VIP engagement strategy and understanding the specific needs of players. This position requires a proactive approach to developing new business and executing regional acquisition events within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Actively prospect, attract, and develop new VIP customers in your region.
- Ideate, create, and execute regional DraftKings customer acquisition events.
- Implement a localised go-to-market strategy and develop VIP acquisition events, promotions, and offers.
- Manage and monitor the implementation of the business plan to achieve planned revenue and profits.
- Contribute to net revenue, process, and compliance initiatives while executing against all VIP policies and guidelines including responsible gaming policies.
- Create a player experience that will drive high levels of brand advocacy.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
- At least 5 years of Sales or Business Development experience with high-value accounts (required).
- Experience managing a book of high-value accounts with preferred pre-existing customer relationships (preferred).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment (required).
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends (required).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses as well as required financial licenses (required).
- Base salary range of 105,000.00 USD plus bonus and equity.
