Operations Associate, Jackpocket (AM Shift)
DraftKings is looking for an Operations Associate to join its fulfillment centre team to support the Jackpocket digital lottery courier product. The role involves managing the end-to-end customer lottery ticket order and redemption process to ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining system operations and supporting various operational projects. This position requires an individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall success of the team and enhancing the customer experience.
- Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at the local fulfillment centre, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
- Keep systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information.
- Streamline and organise workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines.
- Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly.
- Step in to support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team’s overall success.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays with a proven track record of reliable attendance (required).
- Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel (required).
- Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and tackle tasks independently (required).
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills (required).
- Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs (required).
- Earn a $2,000 sign-on bonus after completing 90 days of employment.
