Product Manager I
As a Product Manager I, Marketing Platform, the successful candidate will help deliver bold, customer-first platform capabilities that power scalable marketing experiences across the business. The role involves collaborating across Engineering, Analytics, UX, and business teams to define strategy, shape the roadmap, and bring innovative promotional capabilities from concept to execution.
The individual will translate complex business needs into impactful platform solutions that enable personalisation, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth. By building and evolving the marketing platform, the Product Manager will use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Define and manage the roadmap for marketing platform capabilities that support scalable promotional experiences and align with strategic business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and iteration of platform features that drive innovation, personalisation, and differentiation.
- Translate business needs, customer feedback, and product vision into clear requirements, success criteria, measurable KPIs, and compelling business cases.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, and UX teams to build, launch, and continuously improve scalable platform capabilities.
- Partner with internal teams and third-party technology providers to expand marketing platform functionality and improve execution speed.
- Use data, experimentation, and business monitoring to evaluate performance, ensure platform health, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, prioritise backlogs, refine requirements as new information emerges, and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing platform capabilities to inform strategy and strengthen competitive advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training (required).
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management with a demonstrated ability to deliver and scale impactful platform capabilities or customer-facing experiences (required).
- Experience defining product roadmaps, writing clear requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle (required).
- A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, experimentation, and customer insights to inform product decisions (required).
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams (required).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience prioritising backlogs in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Comfort working with internal platforms, APIs, or marketing technology solutions (required).
- Experience with promotional or marketing platforms (nice-to-have).

- US base salary range of 97,800.00 USD - 122,300.00 USD, plus bonus and equity.
