As a Sportsbook Operations Senior Associate, the individual will drive the day-to-day execution of operational plans for high-intensity, live-focused sports, ensuring that offerings remain sharp and competitive. By collaborating across various teams, the associate will support campaign rollouts, monitor real-time performance, and transform data into actionable insights.
In this role, the associate will shape go-to-market strategies designed to elevate engagement and impact.
- Own daily merchandising execution across key customer-facing product surfaces.
- Ensure promotions, product updates, events, and site content are accurate, relevant, and launched on schedule.
- Identify merchandising opportunities based on the event calendar, customer behaviour, promotional priorities, product releases, and competitor activity.
- Partner with Promotions, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing to coordinate launches and resolve customer-facing issues.
- Monitor live experiences and escalate technical or customer-facing issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Use customer feedback, performance data, and competitive insights to recommend merchandising optimisations.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication across workstreams to support consistent execution across the team.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment. (required)
