VIP Service Representative
DraftKings is looking for a VIP Service Representative to create unforgettable experiences and strengthen connections with its most valuable players. The role involves executing the day-to-day strategy of the company's industry-leading VIP engagement program to understand player needs and foster long-term loyalty.
In this position, the representative will provide best-in-class service by sharing the latest promotions and personalised offers. The role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Build strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships while identifying opportunities to elevate the customer experience.
- Participate in customer events to elevate the brand and increase customer engagement.
- Effectively distribute an allotted promotional budget amongst VIP players.
- Proactively champion best-in-class customer experiences.
- Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role (required).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment (required).
- Ability to analyse data and trends to make quick and confident decisions (required).
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends (required).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licences (required).
- Base salary range of 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus and equity.
