Player Experience Tester
Eeze is seeking a detail-oriented and highly observant Player Experience Tester to ensure the quality, accuracy, and operational readiness of live casino and slot games across studio environments and operator platforms. The role focuses on validating slots and live casino table presentation, camera positioning, lighting setup, UI elements, game configurations, betting functionality, and operator integrations from a real player perspective.
The Player Experience Tester will perform hands-on testing in live and pre-production environments, identify issues affecting gameplay or user experience, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Visually inspect live casino tables and studio environments to ensure compliance with operational and branding standards.
- Verify camera positions, camera transitions, framing, and overall broadcast quality.
- Check studio lighting conditions and ensure consistent visual presentation across tables.
- Validate table layouts, dealer visibility, wheel/card visibility, and overall player-facing presentation.
- Verify game UI elements including betting panels, overlays, statistics, roadmaps, game history, timers, multilingual content, and table names.
- Validate table limits, currencies, betting options, and game configurations against approved configurations.
- Ensure all game rules and settings are correctly applied.
- Check games across operator lobbies and aggregation platforms for visibility, categorization, thumbnails, localization, and launch functionality.
- Ensure games are accessible and playable on desktop and mobile devices.
- Validate game loading times, stream stability, and session launch functionality.
- Launch games and perform end-to-end gameplay testing, including bet acceptance, balance updates, chip behaviour, game flow, side bets, autoplay, and UI responsiveness.
- Monitor gameplay for visual, functional, or operational inconsistencies.
- Identify, document, and report issues with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate departments, including Product, Operations, Studio, and Integration.
- Track reported defects until resolution and retest fixes when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed testing documentation, reports, and checklists.
- Test slot games across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices for launch functionality and gameplay stability.
- Validate slot features including reels, paylines, symbols, animations, sound effects, autoplay, turbo/spin features, and buy bonus functionality.
- Ensure correct game behaviour during normal gameplay and edge-case scenarios.
- Validate slot game configurations including RTP profiles, bet limits, currencies, volatility configurations, and feature enablement.
- Experience in QA testing, live casino operations, game testing, or a related field (required).
- Strong understanding of live casino games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game shows (required).
- High attention to detail and strong observational skills (required).
- Ability to identify visual, UI, and configuration inconsistencies quickly (required).
- Experience with bug reporting and tracking tools such as Jira (required).
