Project Manager
As a Project Manager, the role involves ensuring the seamless delivery of studio projects, from setup to decommissioning, as well as the business-as-usual activities of the teams, in a fast-paced online casino environment. The Project Manager will coordinate with studio technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure that AV technology and infrastructure are procured, installed, and dismantled efficiently while maintaining operational standards.
The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams to plan and oversee the delivery of studio projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met. They will assist in the assignment of tasks to studio technicians, optimising resource allocation across multiple projects, and liaise with production, engineering, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless project execution. The role also requires ensuring all studio setups meet technical and operational standards, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues, anticipating project risks and implementing mitigation strategies, and continuously evaluating workflows to propose efficiency improvements for studio operations. Ensuring that all studio installations comply with regulatory, safety, and operational guidelines is also a key responsibility.

- Assist in the assignment of tasks to studio technicians, optimising resource allocation across multiple projects.

- Ensure all studio setups meet technical and operational standards, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or technical failures.
- Continuously evaluate workflows and propose efficiency improvements for studio operations.
- Ensure that all studio installations comply with regulatory, safety, and operational guidelines.
- 3+ years of experience in service/project delivery. (required)
- Ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational skills. (required)
- Proven ability to manage and allocate tasks effectively within a technical team. (required)
- Basic understanding of and experience in AV equipment, studio infrastructure, and broadcasting technology is considered an asset. (nice-to-have)
- Quick decision-making skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. (required)
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving studio environments. (required)
