Game Release Specialist

Description

EveryMatrix is looking for a dedicated Game release specialist to join the team in Bucharest. The role involves managing relationships with the gaming platform's existing vendors and overseeing the onboarding process for new contracts.

As part of the vendor-facing team, the specialist will gain an understanding of client gaming needs regarding casino content and produce solutions for operational and marketing challenges. This position offers an opportunity to work within a tech-driven company environment.

Responsibilities
  • Creating tasks for new game launches based on the vendors’ roadmap
  • Adding and updating games in Calendar
  • Adding relevant assets for games in the community
  • Obtain a good overview of games
  • Assisting with project management
  • Build strong relationships with our Vendors
  • Keep up to date regarding key markets, product features etc., to be able to make the most of our partnership
  • Acquire product knowledge and understand how different games and features work
  • Keep the product manager posted with vendors’ new features/releases
  • Continuously update the CRM with key vendor information
Requirements
  • Experience in a Customer Support position (preferred)
  • Experience with software implementation projects (nice-to-have)
  • Experience in data-based performance analysis, reporting and statistics (nice-to-have)
  • Good understanding of the software development life-cycle and software release management (required)
  • Minimal marketing activities exposure (nice-to-have)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel (required)
  • Excellent spoken and written English (required)
  • Genuine curiosity about gaming and a good understanding of the online industry (required)
  • Experience from the IT/Telecoms or similar technical field (nice-to-have)
  • Excellent communication skills (required)
  • Client-oriented attitude (required)
  • Analytical thinking (required)
  • Proactive and self-motivated (required)
  • Good teamwork skills (required)
