Middle Front-end Engineer
EveryMatrix is looking for a passionate and dedicated Middle Front-end Engineer to join the team in Lviv. The role focuses on maintaining high coding standards, improving project scalability, and managing the deployment of code to production environments.
- Review code written by colleagues, ensuring that all coding standards are followed.
- Understand existing code and be able to refactor it.
- Implement improvements and can offer solutions on how to develop the code to further improve the scalability of the project.
- Handle simple incidents according to the defined SLAs and project processes.
- Deploy code to production.
- Technology stacks: Typescript, Angular, AngularJS, Node JS, SASS, Git, RESTful API (required)
- At least two years’ experience in working with modern JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (required)
- Proficiency in Vanilla Javascript / HTML / CSS (required)
- Proven experience with REST web services and/or web APIs (required)
- Proven interest in testing, code review, and code quality (required)
- Experience with all stages of software development lifecycle (required)
- Experience with automation: Unit tests, deployments, and other types (required)
- Good English, both written and spoken (required)
- Passion for engineering, not coding (required)
- Passion for learning and perfecting skills (required)
- Love working in a team and sharing ideas (required)
- Experience with responsive designs and cross-browser compatibility (nice-to-have)
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, especially HTML custom elements and the Shadow DOM (nice-to-have)
- Design patterns, optimization techniques and best practices (nice-to-have)
- Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
