Description

EveryMatrix is seeking a Product Designer to create engaging, scalable, and user-focused experiences across its CRM and player engagement platform. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.

The successful candidate will help evolve the product experience and design system. This position is based in Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes for new features across the CRM and player engagement platform, meeting user and product requirements.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across a complex back-office product.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to align design solutions with technical and business goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and user research activities to inform and refine work.
  • Advocate for user-centred design principles and champion best practices in usability and accessibility.
  • Focus on customer value and business constraints in designs.
  • Design holistic user experiences across multiple touchpoints within the platform.
  • Conduct regular user testing to refine and validate design ideas.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles (required)
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems (required)
  • Proficiency in Figma (required)
  • Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers (required)
  • A portfolio showcasing impactful product designs and prototypes, ideally including data-rich or back-office applications (required)
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (required)
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value (required)
  • Broad understanding of UX beyond just UI design (required)
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools and techniques (required)
  • Experience with regular user testing and feedback integration (required)
  • Familiarity with user research methods and data-driven design processes (nice-to-have)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and how they inform design choices (nice-to-have)
  • Versatility in visual and interaction design (nice-to-have)
  • Prior experience designing for iGaming, fintech, or similarly data-intensive B2B products (nice-to-have)
