Accounts Payable Accountant
Evolution is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join the finance team. The role involves performing and managing daily accounting and bookkeeping according to IFRS and tax requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and posting supplier invoices and maintaining fixed assets register records according to IFRS and tax requirements. The position also requires replacing colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences to ensure continuous financial operations.
- Performing and managing daily accounting and bookkeeping according to IFRS and tax requirements.
- Processing and posting supplier invoices according to IFRS and tax requirements.
- Maintaining fixed assets register records according to IFRS and tax requirements.
- Replacing colleagues during vacations, sick leaves, and other absences.
- At least 2 years of experience as an accountant in a company with a strong control environment (required).
- Successfully graduated at least a bachelor program in Finance / Accounting / Business administration field (required).
- Good knowledge of local tax and accounting legislation (required).
- Good knowledge of IFRS and IAS (required).
- Fluent in Georgian and English languages (spoken and written) (required).
- Advanced computer skills (required).
- Working experience with MSC Navision and SAP (nice-to-have).
