Analista de Promoção de Jogos
Evolution is seeking an Analista de Promoção de Jogos to coordinate promotional activities and foster cooperation with internal departments and corporate clients. The role involves providing consultancy to clients on promotional activities and projects, both verbally and in writing. Responsibilities include the organisation and rollout of promotional campaigns in line with client requests.
The position requires creativity and a continuous generation of new promotions and ideas. The analyst will be involved in producing promotional reports and collaborating with the database. This role also entails co-leading the promotions team and managing promotional storage, including ordering, organisation, storing, and inventory. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for decorating gaming floors for special events and consulting with all Evolution studios on promotional matters. The role includes assisting the Promotions Team Lead with daily tasks and performing other duties as assigned by the manager that align with the position's qualifications. Replacement of colleagues during absences is part of the role and occurs during working hours.
- Coordinating promotional activities and cooperation with all involved internal departments and corporate clients.
- Client consultancy on promotional activities and projects (verbal and written).
- Organization and roll out of the promotional campaigns according to the clients’ requests.
- Creativity and continuously coming up with new promotions and ideas.
- Producing promotional reports / co-operation with database.
- Co-leading the promotions team.
- Promotional storage management: ordering, organization, storing, inventory.
- Decorating the gaming floors for special events.
- Consult and support all Evolution studios in all matters related to promotions.
- Assisting Promotions Team Lead with daily tasks.
- Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
- Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.
- At least secondary education (required).
- Advanced English (both spoken and written) (required).
