Equipment Support Specialist

- Install, clean, replace, and adjust simple gaming equipment.
- Perform tests on gaming equipment.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of gaming equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance, conduct assessments, and make decisions on necessary actions.
- Ensure equipment availability 24/7.
- Report equipment-related issues.
- Cleaning / maintenance of roulette wheels.
- Cleaning / maintenance / replacement of shuffling machines.
- Cleaning / maintenance of deck checkers.
- Inspection of gaming tables.
- Transport of cards / equipment from stock and return.
- Organise equipment usage.
- Monitor climate in gaming areas and storage.
- Monitor and control equipment in stock.
- High school diploma.
- Good computer proficiency and good knowledge of Excel.
- Availability to work on a shift basis.
- Quick reaction capacity and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain focus on assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team and also independently.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Skill in handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of English or Spanish at A2 level or higher.
- A full-time employment contract.
