Junior QA Engineer
As a Junior QA Engineer, the individual will work closely with developers and other team members to help ensure the quality, usability, and reliability of Evolution products. The role involves identifying and documenting defects, performing manual testing, and contributing to the improvement of testing processes.

- Proactively participate in the development process and collaborate with the team.
- Perform manual functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
- Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and test plans with support from experienced team members.
- Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear steps to reproduce them.
- Verify bug fixes and assess potential impact on related product functionality.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.
- Continuously develop QA knowledge and share useful findings with the team.
- Completion of a software testing or QA course or equivalent practical knowledge (required)
- Basic understanding of software development and testing processes (required)
- Knowledge of fundamental QA concepts, methodologies, and testing techniques (required)
- Good written and spoken English (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings clearly (required)
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, receive feedback, and support colleagues (required)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team (required)
- Basic knowledge of client-server architecture, HTTP, and REST APIs (nice-to-have)
- Experience with browser developer tools or API testing tools such as Postman or similar tool (nice-to-have)
- Basic knowledge of SQL (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with bug-tracking and test-management tools (nice-to-have)
- Experience testing web or mobile applications (nice-to-have)
- Gross monthly salary from 1070 EUR to 2680 EUR.
