Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Dutch Speaking
The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role involves building relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure staffing needs are met through a long-term talent strategy.
This position requires managing the talent acquisition process by advertising positions, liaising with external agencies, and maintaining internal systems. The specialist will also contribute to the development of attraction and selection concepts while keeping up to date with industry best practices.
- Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent through effective channels (remote job boards, recruitment agencies, personal outreach through LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
- Be fully responsible in the talent acquisition process, duties including but not limited to, screening of incoming CVs from different sources, setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews, updating the internal systems, advertising of available positions via all pre-defined mediums and liaising with external agencies.
- Keep abreast with best practices in talent acquisition and propose continuous improvements to our processes.
- Push forward attraction and talent selection concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
- Dutch language proficiency is essential (required).
- Approachable, proactive, and energetic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (required).
- At least 1 year of experience working within a customer/client-facing role (required).
- Experience in Recruitment and social media will be an advantage (preferred).
- Experience or relevant degree in relation to the area of HR/TA would be an asset (nice-to-have).
