Senior Recruiter
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Brazil. We seek a professional with a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile, who has experience in high-volume recruitment and can act as a business partner, contributing directly to the operation's growth.
This position requires autonomy, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage large volumes of hiring without compromising quality, using indicators and data to guide decisions and propose continuous improvements.
In addition to executing recruitment, we expect this professional to be a leader in candidate generation, in relationships with national and international stakeholders, and in optimising talent attraction processes. They will act as a technical reference for less experienced recruiters, sharing knowledge and best practices. They will ensure process compliance with internal policies and labour legislation.
- Conduct the complete recruitment and selection process for high-volume vacancies.
- Develop strategies for continuous generation of qualified candidates through different attraction channels.
- Manage and strengthen recruitment sources, such as referral programmes, events, partnerships, social media, job platforms, and other talent attraction initiatives.
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet current and future operational demands.
- Act as a strategic partner to managers, understanding business needs and offering recruitment solutions.
- Maintain frequent communication with local and international stakeholders, presenting position status, challenges, and action plans.
- Monitor recruitment indicators, analysing funnel bottlenecks and proposing actions to improve conversion.
- Prepare dashboards, executive presentations, and reports with area indicators.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- Support Employer Branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in defining and continuously improving Talent Acquisition processes.
- Ensure process compliance with internal policies and labour legislation.

- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. (required)
- Solid experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in high-volume operations. (required)
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously and meeting aggressive hiring targets. (required)
- Experience with active candidate generation (sourcing and lead generation). (required)
- Experience managing different attraction channels. (required)
- Advanced English for daily communication with international stakeholders. (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (required)
- Analytical profile, with experience in interpreting indicators and making data-driven decisions. (required)
- Organisation, sense of priority, and ability to work in a dynamic environment. (required)
- Experience in BPO, Contact Centre, Hospitality, Entertainment companies, or large-scale operations. (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of SmartRecruiters, Workday, or other ATS. (nice-to-have)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, or other data analysis tools. (nice-to-have)
