Product Business Analyst
Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys turning product ideas into clear, workable solutions and working as part of a team to achieve shared results?
As a Product Business Analyst, you will join a game delivery team, working closely with the Product Delivery Manager (PDM), developers, QA specialists, and a wide range of stakeholders. You will bring clarity and alignment across the product lifecycle, helping the team shape and successfully deliver product functionality.
This role is ideal for a proactive and collaborative professional who contributes actively, takes ownership of outcomes, and can effectively bridge product, business, and development needs.
- Investigate problems and existing product behavior, explore potential solutions, and define clear scope.
- Elicit and translate product and business needs into clear, end-user-focused, and feasible requirements for product features and user flows.
- Support PDM throughout discovery, backlog refinement, planning, and delivery by keeping scope and requirements clear and aligned.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting analysis artefacts in Jira and Confluence, breaking complex scope into manageable items.
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and the product development team, asking the right questions and constructively challenging assumptions.
- Coordinate dependencies, inputs, and approvals with other engineering teams and related product, business or operations areas.
- Support implementation and testing by clarifying requirements, managing changes, and maintaining a shared understanding of expected outcomes.
- Contribute to BA standards and consistent practices across products.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis (or a related role in the IT industry) (required).
- Practical experience working in an Agile product development environment, closely with a development team (required).
- Experience defining and documenting user-facing product functionality (required).
- Experience creating and maintaining clear functional documentation for product features, user flows, business rules, and cross-team dependencies (required).
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills, together with a structured analytical mindset (required).
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian tools) (required).
- Excellent English communication skills (required).
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create shared understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders (required).
- Ability to critically assess proposed solutions and justify your perspective, considering business needs, feasibility, and user experience (required).
- Proactive ownership mindset - reliable, self-driven, and able to deliver independently (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a recognized BA certification (CCBA, CBAP, CPRE, PBA, AAC, CFLBA) (nice-to-have).
- A Gross monthly salary from 3000 EUR to 3800 EUR, depending on your experience and skills.
