Product Business Analyst (Mobile App & Integrations)
Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys turning product ideas into clear, well-structured, and technically sound solutions? As a Product Business Analyst, you will be part of a dedicated product delivery team, working closely with the Product Delivery Manager, developers, and QA specialists to ensure product goals are clearly understood, well documented, and successfully delivered.
This is a role for someone who can confidently bridge product, business, and technology - a Business Analyst who can shape user-facing mobile app functionality while also understanding the technical context behind it. You will act as a key link between stakeholders and the development team, bringing clarity, structure, and alignment to initiatives across the product lifecycle.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across both product and technical topics, from defining mobile app features and user flows to understanding APIs, technical documentation, and system interactions. This role is ideal for a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional who values ownership, enjoys working closely with developers, and wants to play an active role in shaping product functionality and delivery outcomes.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements across the full development lifecycle.
- Work closely with product and development teams to translate business needs into clear, user-focused, and technically feasible requirements for mobile app features and enhancements.
- Analyze API documentation, data structures, and system interactions to support requirement clarification, field mapping, and solution design.
- Define and maintain functional requirements for mobile app user-facing features, flows, and experiences, while ensuring alignment with underlying technical solutions.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria and keep documentation up to date in Confluence and JIRA.
- Drive requirements validation and support stakeholder alignment with clear and structured materials and information.
- Act as a strong link between business and engineering, confidently discussing technical solutions, asking the right questions, and constructively challenging implementation approaches when needed.
- Support effective communication and collaboration across the team and key stakeholders, including Studio Back Office, Operations, and other business areas, to maintain alignment, transparency, and effective information flow.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams throughout implementation and validation to ensure a shared understanding of requirements, support successful delivery, and identify improvements where relevant.
- Contribute to BA standards and consistent practices across products.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis (or a related role in the IT industry) (required).
- Experience defining user-facing product functionality and creating and maintaining clear functional documentation for features, flows, and integrations, ideally within mobile app development (required).
- Strong business and technical documentation skills and a structured analytical mindset (required).
- Hands-on experience working with APIs - including reading and understanding REST API documentation, analyzing request/response structures, and mapping data fields between systems (required).
- Familiarity with JSON and XML (required).
- Confidence with JIRA & Confluence (Atlassian tools) (required).
- A strong Agile mindset and a good understanding of Agile product development (required).
- Practical experience working closely with a development team (nice-to-have).
- Proactive ownership mindset - reliable, self-driven, and able to deliver independently (required).
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers and other technical stakeholders, and to understand the technical side of proposed solutions (required).
- A proactive and constructive approach to proposing solutions that balance business needs, technical feasibility, and user experience (required).
- Excellent English communication skills (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a recognized BA certification (CCBA, CBAP, CPRE, PBA, AAC, CFLBA) (required).
- Gross monthly salary from 3000 EUR to 4000 EUR, depending on your experience and skills.
