Recruiter (High Volume)
Evolution is looking for a high-energy Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for its Grand Rapids operations. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organised, and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter plays a key role in maintaining active hiring pipelines, filling hiring classes, and building excitement about career opportunities at Evolution.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
- Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication.
- Drive candidate engagement through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up outreach.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training teams to meet hiring goals.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records.
- Support sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach.
- 1+ years of relevant experience (required)
- Experience recruiting for hourly, entry-level, hospitality, retail, customer service, staffing, call center, gaming, or similar roles (required)
- High-energy, positive, and relationship-driven (required)
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills (required)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail (required)
- Comfortable working toward hiring goals and recruitment metrics (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (required)
- Experience in a high-volume environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of the local talent market (preferred)
- Experience with hiring events, community outreach, and workforce partnerships (preferred)
- Additional language skills (nice-to-have)
