Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Evolution is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to plan, develop, and implement talent acquisition strategies. The role involves taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on high-volume recruitment.
The successful candidate will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding processes. They will identify and engage with top talent both locally and internationally while providing expert guidance to internal stakeholders based on labour market knowledge and data analysis.
- Plan, develop and implement talent acquisition strategy in the company.
- Take ownership and manage recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various channels mainly for high-volume recruitment.
- Ensure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment and on-boarding processes.
- Identify and engage with the best talent on the market, both locally and internationally.
- Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on the interview process and managing their expectations effectively.
- Develop strong external knowledge of corresponding labour market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients and stakeholders.
- Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires.
- Assemble and provide data and statistics related to high-volume recruitment for key stakeholders.
- Prepare and monitor budget for recruitment activities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand, assess and plan hiring needs.
- Plan and follow through with recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain and implement unified policies and procedures.
- Optimise process workflows efficiently.
- Work closely with Employer Branding team within candidate attraction.
- Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed.
- Maintain post-placement contact to ensure that new hires have been successful.
- Secure TA team competence and high performance standards.
- Engage in various projects or initiatives within the TA area.
- Collaborate with TA colleagues in other locations.
- 2+ years proven hands on experience in recruitment, preferably in a large company (required)
- Experience with high-volume recruitment (required)
- Experience in analysing complex recruitment data (required)
- Excellent knowledge of English (required)
- Expertise in labour market, digital recruitment channels, selection tools (required)
- Strong strategical mindset and analytical thinking (required)
