Description

FanDuel Casino is looking for a Customer Marketing Senior Associate to support the management of the multi-million-dollar generosity investment behind its retention program. The role involves forecasting, allocating, and optimising spend to support the Customer Marketing function.

In this position, the associate will develop forecasting models, perform deep-dive analysis to identify investment opportunities, and support the team in testing, learning, and reinvesting across retention initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional partners, the associate will help improve the analytical rigor of the function, provide guidance to a Customer Marketing Associate, and turn data into forward-looking recommendations that maximise ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain generosity forecasting models, contributing to the evolution of forecasting methodologies and supporting team planning.
  • Act as a forecasting partner to stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and Data Analytics, translating assumptions and scenarios into clear guidance while helping improve forecast accuracy.
  • Support optimisation of the generosity budget through proactive analysis, identifying opportunities to improve ROI and recommending investment adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development and validation of KPIs, partnering with the Associate to turn exploratory analysis into repeatable, trusted insight.
  • Support the centralised experimentation roadmap by helping prioritise analyses, design tests and evaluate results.
  • Translate experiment results into actionable recommendations that influence future investment decisions and improve future planning and investment.
  • Partner with and support the Customer Marketing Associate, sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen forecasting and investment-management capabilities.
  • Present complex analysis and recommendations to senior and cross-functional audiences, serving as a trusted analytical partner to the wider Casino Customer Marketing team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business or analytical field (preferred).
  • 3+ years' experience in forecasting, financial or investment modelling, marketing analytics or a comparable data-driven role (required).
  • Experience contributing to forecasting or measurement processes (required).
  • Advanced Excel skills for modelling large datasets, including advanced formulas, scenario and sensitivity analysis (required).
  • Experience building robust forecasting models (required).
  • Proven ability to conduct complex analyses that link investment to performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations (required).
  • Experience designing, running and interpreting experiments and supporting structured experimentation programs (required).
  • Strong SQL skills with experience using BI and visualisation tools such as Tableau (required).
  • Ability to contribute to strategic planning, prioritise analytical work and deliver cross-functional projects (required).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and explain complex analysis simply (required).
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently, share best practices with teammates and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment (required).
