Generosity Innovation Associate
FanDuel is looking for a Generosity Innovation Associate to drive customer retention and marketing innovation. The role involves playing a key part on the Generosity Transformation team, where the associate will drive reward innovation across the organisation.
The associate will collaborate with multiple departments, including Customer Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Data Science, Product, and Operations. This position offers an opportunity to help elevate revenue-driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
- Support the design and rollout of new generosity initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation of customer pain points across rewards and promotions (personalisation, choice, etc.) using internal research, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarking.
- Identify and test rewards mechanics that increase customer engagement and value.
- Collect and define work requirements and maintain a continuous feedback loop amongst stakeholders.
- Monitor the competitive landscape for emerging loyalty mechanics and reward innovation; document findings and recommend response strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of FanDuel’s business and competitive positioning as well as the sports wagering landscape to inform recommendations.
- 2+ years experience working in an innovation / transformation capacity (required).
- 3+ years total experience (required).
- Experience working on complex innovation initiatives (required).
- Experience with creating and managing marketing campaigns from start to finish (preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and effective at project management (required).
- Strong understanding of Customer Marketing platform metrics (required).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience (preferred).
- An avid sports and gaming fan, and have played FanDuel or competitive products (required).
- Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry (nice-to-have).
