FanDuel is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to join its HRBP team. This role partners with leaders in assigned functions to deliver people strategies that support business performance and strengthen team effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned functions and serve as the primary HR partner to leaders within that area.
  • Provide guidance on talent management, including hiring, performance management, development, and retention of team members.
  • Support leaders with organisational decisions, role clarity, team structure, and capability planning.
  • Help leaders manage performance, including coaching on tough conversations, documentation, and corrective action when needed.
  • Advise on employee relations issues, work through problems with leaders, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Support team leaders through organisational changes by providing clear communication, leader alignment, and coaching.
  • Develop deep expertise in the area’s HR needs and bring practical solutions to leaders’ people challenges.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and other HR partners to deliver coordinated solutions.
  • Execute core HRBP work with excellence, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and organisational change.
  • Continuously improve HR partnership delivery by building strong relationships, increasing HR expertise, and identifying better ways to support leaders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of HR Business Partner experience (required).
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience (required).
  • Experience in a particular function or business area, with ability to develop deep expertise (required).
  • Strong HR knowledge across talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organisational effectiveness (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders (required).
  • Experience supporting managers and leaders through people challenges and organisational decisions (required).
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain HR concepts clearly (required).
  • Comfort with HR processes, systems, and documentation (required).
  • Experience working collaboratively with other HR functions to deliver coordinated people solutions (required).
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and continuously improve HR partnership (required).
