- Diagnose people issues, work through root causes with leaders, and develop practical, business-informed solutions.
- Measure the impact of people strategies and recommendations; use data and insights to improve decision-making and outcomes.
- Provide coaching and feedback to leaders on talent development, leadership effectiveness, and creating high-performing teams.
- Partner across the People Team (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, Legal, Employee Relations, Analytics) to deliver integrated people solutions for your client group.
- Execute core HRBP work with excellence - talent planning, performance management, employee relations, and organisational change.
- Develop and improve how you deliver HRBP partnership by identifying process improvements, strengthening skills, and building better tools and approaches.

- Track record of leading projects and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously (required).
- Comfort with data and metrics; ability to measure and communicate impact (required).
- Strong HR functional expertise across talent planning, performance management, employee relations, organisational structure, engagement, and culture (required).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated HR solutions (required).
- Health plans including options for fertility and family planning, mental health support, and fitness benefits.
- Generous paid time off (PTO) and sick leave.
- Annual bonus and long-term incentive opportunities based on performance.
- 401k with up to a 5% match.
