Lead Product Manager
FanDuel is hiring a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of Account Management and Profile experiences across its portfolio of products, including Sportsbook, Casino, Racing, and Daily Fantasy Sports. The role involves overseeing the entire customer journey from account creation and personal details management to profile customisation and account settings.
The Lead Product Manager will work at the intersection of customer experience, regulatory complexity, and multi-product ecosystem management. They will partner with Engineering, Product teams across other verticals, Risk, Fraud, Finance, Compliance, and Legal to build account management experiences that are customer-first, compliant, resilient, and scalable.
- Partner with the Director of Product to define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Account Management and Profile.
- Own the end-to-end account management journey across the FanDuel portfolio, including personal details, profile customisation, account settings, and self-serve capabilities.
- Enable seamless account experiences across all FanDuel products and identify self-service opportunities to reduce friction and increase customer autonomy.
- Build deep knowledge of account management product features, user journeys, and customer identity best practices.
- Stay informed on market shifts, competitors, and emerging personalisation technologies to refine the product roadmap.
- Drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, completion rates, and account feature adoption.
- Establish, track, and communicate success metrics such as HEART scores, task success, conversion, and user happiness.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to evolve account self-service capabilities that meet regulatory requirements.
- Champion a test-and-learn approach including concept validation, A/B tests, pilots, and phased rollouts.
- Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches.
- Manage dependencies, triage issues, and act as an escalation point to keep delivery on track across multiple product pods.
- Lead complex initiatives end-to-end from discovery and business case through delivery and iteration.
- Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.
- Deliver concise, action-oriented communication and present to senior leadership to secure buy-in and align priorities.
- 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through customer-facing experiences (required).
- Experience with account management, identity, profile/personalisation, or customer data products (preferred).
- Experience in adjacent domains such as customer onboarding, conversion optimisation, self-serve platforms, or marketplace account features (nice-to-have).
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact (required).
- Experience leading and developing others as a direct manager (required).
- Comfort working in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments with experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk (required).
- Technical fluency in collaborating with engineering on APIs, complex identity systems, multi-product architecture, and third-party vendor integrations (required).
- Strong business acumen in crafting business cases, prioritising tradeoffs, and communicating with executive stakeholders (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority (required).
- Passion for sports, sports betting, or sports-adjacent products (nice-to-have).
- Exposure to AI in a product context (nice-to-have).
