League & Team Marketing Coordinator
FanDuel is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with FanDuel’s most important sports league and team partners to drive the company’s strategic objectives across our various businesses. This role will coordinate integrated campaigns across all marketing teams, including media, creative, CRM, growth, and social departments.
The coordinator will work with both internal and external stakeholders, taking into account each unit's functional expertise while ensuring all channels are aligned on the goal and message hierarchy. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
- Assist in managing launch timelines and the deployment of marketing assets and campaigns with FanDuel’s professional sports league and team partners.
- Help ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of partnership activation plans and campaign progress.
- Build and strengthen relationships across FanDuel and with external professional sports leagues and teams by serving as a reliable and knowledgeable partner.
- Support the development of compliant promotional campaigns in partnership with key stakeholders to achieve commercial and marketing objectives.
- Maintain external partner contact lists, deal terms, key dates, and entitlement trackers, including tickets, hospitality, events, and merchandise.
- Assist in creating presentations and post-campaign recap decks while maintaining a library of past campaign results and learnings.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and broader sports marketing industry for trends and best practices.
- Maintain a calendar of key partnership moments and campaign activity across the organisation.
- Help ensure adherence to established partnership guidelines, processes, and workflows.
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience running marketing campaigns, timelines and deployment in a robust business (preferred)
- Comfortable managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast paced landscape (required)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail (required)
