Predicts Business Manager
FanDuel is looking for a Predicts Business Manager to help build go-to-market commercial strategy and contribute to key strategic initiatives for the Predicts business. This is a highly collaborative and highly visible role, as you will work closely with several cross-functional teams and report directly to the Commercial Senior Director.

- Partner with the Consumer Insights team and Commercial peers to conduct competitive and consumer analyses to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
- Use this information to make data-driven recommendations for improving commercial strategies.
- Partner with marketing teams to craft effective and creative, data-driven strategies for each key sport season and tentpole event.
- Partner with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to all stakeholders to support the growth of the business.
- Lead and manage key strategic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution of commercial projects.
- Mentor and support junior members of the Commercial team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and development.
- 5+ years experience working in strategy, consulting, or a related commercial field (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in a business concentration (Management, Marketing, Finance, etc.) (required)
- Experience developing action plans or leading initiatives based on consumer insight data (required)
- Strong analytical proficiency and Excel-based modelling skills (required)
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau/data visualisation (preferred)
- Proficiency in use of LLMs to conduct research, analytics, and support strategic projects (required)
- Track record of transforming data into actionable insights and presentations for senior audiences (required)
- Effective at relationship building and sensitive to stakeholders' needs (required)
- Experience working in real-money gaming, prediction market, or adjacent industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of and interest in sports and technology (nice-to-have)
