Product Manager
FanDuel is looking for a Product Manager to join the Payments team, a domain that impacts every customer who plays on the platform. The role involves working closely with engineering and design teams to manage initiatives from the initial scoping phase through to final delivery.
The Product Manager contributes to high-level strategic discussions regarding product development, including assessing new opportunities, shaping priorities, and utilising data to inform decision-making. The position focuses on ensuring successful product performance through market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, and objective reporting. Initiatives will involve a mix of back-end and front-end work, with an emphasis on data-driven recommendations, the use of cutting-edge technology, and improving ease of use.
- Partner with engineering and design to drive the execution of product initiatives from scoping and requirements through to launch and iteration.
- Contribute to product discovery and prioritisation by helping to assess opportunities and shape the roadmap alongside the team.
- Build and maintain relationships across engineering, design, data, operations, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and remove blockers.
- Track product performance and use data to identify what is working, what is not, and determine necessary actions.
- Develop expertise in the payments domain and stay informed on how the product, customers, and competitive landscape evolve.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1+ years in a product management or product-adjacent role (required)
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly to inform decisions (required)
- Experience working with engineering and/or design teams (required)
- Naturally resourceful with the ability to ask questions and find paths forward in ambiguous situations (required)
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present thinking clearly across different audiences (required)
