- Develop expertise in the onboarding domain and stay curious about how our product, customers, and landscape evolve.
- Be responsible for eliciting requirements, in the form of user stories & acceptance criteria, prioritizing the product backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components.
- Establish and maintain domain expertise including complex process flows and legal and regulatory requirements for our industry.
- Drive through effective and sustainable change and guide the business through the journey.
- Play an integral role in a self-organizing agile delivery team, ensuring solutions adhere to state regulations for our products while serving the needs of each of our products (Sportsbook, Fantasy Sports, Predicts, Racing, and Casino).
