Product Manager (All Levels)

Description

FanDuel is seeking exceptional Product Managers to join the FanDuel Sports product organisation, which encompasses Sportsbook and Predictions. This role is maintained on a rolling basis to identify and onboard outstanding product talent as it becomes available. The position is situated within the Customer Experience team, where product managers oversee the intersection of the FanDuel Sports app and its users.

Product Managers will partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and commercial teams to understand customer needs, define success metrics, and deliver innovative, data-informed products from discovery through to launch and optimisation. The specific focus area for the role is determined based on the individual's strengths and the team's current opportunities. FanDuel calibrates the specific level and compensation for the role based on the scope, impact, and leadership demonstrated by the candidate during the interview process.

Responsibilities
  • Own the delivery of product outcomes from problem definition through launch and post-launch optimisation.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, marketing, and operations to scope, prioritise, and ship high-quality product changes.
  • Set the delivery approach, including MVP, experiment, or date-driven models, while managing cross-team dependencies, scope, and trade-offs.
  • Represent the voice of the customer through research, VOC, and competitive analysis to translate insights into a prioritised roadmap.
  • Lead discovery and experimentation, such as spikes, usability testing, and A/B tests, to de-risk initiatives and refine solutions.
  • Define clear product direction and success metrics, connecting work to team, pillar, and business-unit OKRs.
  • Track and report objectively on performance and recommend pivots grounded in data and evidence.
  • Communicate progress, outcomes, and learnings clearly to stakeholders and facilitate collaborative workshops.
  • Build and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • A track record of shipping successful, impactful products (required).
  • Hands-on fluency with modern product practices and experimentation (required).
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including defining metrics and analysing data (required).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without formal authority (required).
  • A strong sense of ownership, a bias toward execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity (required).
  • Deep customer empathy and a commitment to evidence-based decision making (required).
  • A minimum of 4+ years in product management or a closely related role (required).
  • Experience coaching or managing other PMs for Lead level roles (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree (nice-to-have).
  • Experience in sports betting, iGaming, or another fast-moving, regulated consumer technology domain (nice-to-have).
Benefits
  • Health plans including programs for fertility, family planning, mental health support, and fitness benefits.
  • Generous paid time off and sick leave.
  • Annual bonus and long-term incentive opportunities.
