M&A Analyst - Male/Female - Internship
As part of its development, FDJ UNITED is looking for an M&A Intern Analyst to join the Group's M&A Department starting October 2026. Working with the team and under the responsibility of the M&A Manager, the intern will contribute to the execution of the Group's M&A strategy and will support the team in conducting French and international M&A projects.
This role offers the opportunity to develop in a dynamic environment that has a strong impact on the Group's future. The intern will have a versatile role within a corporate M&A function in a rich and intense business context.
- Participate in the qualification of potential targets through strategic, operational, and financial criteria.
- Participate in execution phases through conducting due diligence, building business plans and valuations, as well as analysing legal documentation.
- Contribute to reflections on the Group's M&A strategy through strategic analyses in conjunction with the Strategy and Innovation Department.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market movement analysis within the Group's business sectors.
- Participate in the preparation of materials suitable for Group bodies (Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Investment Committee, etc.).
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or engineering school (required)
- Previous internship experience in investment banking, a consulting firm, or within a corporate M&A department (required)
- Mastery of corporate finance fundamentals, particularly key valuation methods, and the ability to build financial models (required)
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and oral (required)
- Proficiency in English (required)
- Perfect command of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial databases (MergerMarkets, Refinitiv Eikon) (required)
