ARCHITECTE SI – F/H – CDI
FDJ United is seeking an Enterprise Principal Architect to define the target vision for its Information System, ensuring overall consistency and guiding strategic decisions to support business objectives. This role is central to the modernisation of the Group's sports betting platform, aiming to enhance functionality, performance, quality, delivery agility, and operational resilience for both frontend and backend systems.
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the successful candidate will operate within a transverse scope covering various application and technology domains. The role involves close collaboration with IT management, business departments, domain architects, and teams specialising in security, data, and finance to ensure alignment between business strategy, technology roadmaps, and execution capabilities.
- Define the vision and target architecture by developing principles, mappings, capabilities, and evolution zones to make the transformation trajectory readable and sustainable.
- Guarantee the global consistency of the Information System by linking business, application, data, and technology architectures, and by ensuring the performance, security, and robustness of critical architectures.
- Structure the target trajectory and its transitions by identifying areas of complexity, redundancy, fragility, and urbanisation debt, then formulating recommendations to reduce them.
- Lead transverse architecture governance by managing dedicated instances, evaluating the alignment of initiatives with the SI target, and formalising standards, derogations, trade-offs, and decisions.
- Inform strategic decisions and investments by supporting major programmes, portfolio trade-offs, and prioritisation of transformations based on business stakes, costs, risks, and dependencies.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) and at least twelve years of experience in information system architecture or transformation at a principal or expert level (required).
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture and urbanisation, including mappings, standards, and the ability to link architecture to the operational model and business needs (required).
- Solid culture of application architectures, integration, data, security, and cloud acquired in a high-flow transactional information system context, with the ability to secure critical architectures (required).
- Global understanding of transformation stakes including business vision, costs, risks, and dependencies, ideally developed within large IT departments, modernisation trajectories, or complex portfolios (required).
- Executive credibility and transverse leadership allowing influence, arbitration, and stakeholder federation in a complex environment, through listening skills, conviction, delivery-oriented pragmatism, and multi-level communication (required).
- Strong capacity for simplification and synthesis, as well as a sense of compromise, enabling trajectories, decisions, and risks to be made accessible and arbitrable (required).
- Fluency in English is required in this international and regulated environment (required).
