Business Developer - F/H - CDD
At FDJ United, the Business Developer role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the South-West region of France, covering departments 33, 40, 47, 82, and 46. Working for Aleda, a subsidiary of the FDJ United Group, the individual will be responsible for developing their business sector and client portfolio within their geographical zone.
The role involves prospecting new clients and markets, analysing client needs, and proposing appropriate solutions. The Business Developer will present products and services, negotiate sales conditions, and conclude contracts. Market monitoring and participation in relevant events are also key aspects of the position, alongside maintaining tracking tools and the CRM system. The role requires travel, with at least one overnight stay per week.
- Develop and retain the client portfolio.
- Prospect for new clients and potential markets.
- Analyse client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Present products and services.

- Conduct market monitoring.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events related to the business.
- Complete tracking tools and the CRM system.
- Significant experience of at least 3 years as a travelling sales representative, ideally in the Bar-Tabac-Presse sector (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (required).
- Commercial temperament with a focus on achieving concrete results (required).

- Proficiency in IT tools (CRM, pack office, etc.) (required).

- Fixed salary over 12 months, plus an uncapped variable bonus.
