Network Development Coordination Officer
In a rapidly transforming environment, FDJ United is looking for a Network Development Coordination Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract, to support the management of its network action plan. At the intersection of business, data, and operational challenges, the candidate will analyse performance, inform decisions, and contribute to the success of projects shaping the FDJ network of tomorrow.
Within the Network Development Management team, the candidate will work alongside the Head of Network Development Management and another Network Development Coordination Officer. Acting as a true cross-functional orchestrator, they will bridge the gap between field teams, head office departments, and technical teams.
- Manage the monitoring of point-of-sale openings and closures, analysing their impact in terms of volume and value to guide network development decisions.
- Support the deployment of game licenses and services across the existing network to increase the penetration rate of these offers.
- Support point-of-sale transformation plans, assisting with project scoping and monitoring their execution by field teams.
- Produce and evolve the reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators necessary for monitoring activity and decision-making.
- Analyse data, identify market trends, and formulate actionable recommendations for business departments and decision-makers.
- Gather, structure, and formalise the data needs of business departments by writing precise briefs for BI, Analytics, and technical teams to accelerate the implementation of solutions.
- Contribute to meeting materials, potentially speaking in meetings and writing minutes to ensure proper follow-up of decisions.
- Participate occasionally in the formalisation of best practices and processes, particularly on topics of prospecting and continuous improvement.
- Educated to Bac+4/5 level (Master's degree or equivalent) in business school, marketing, management, strategy, or a business-oriented data specialisation (required).
- At least 3 years of experience in management, data analysis, or cross-functional project coordination roles (required).
- Comfortable with data analysis and able to link business challenges with performance indicators (required).
- Very good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, used for analysing, synthesising, and effectively communicating recommendations (required).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, from field staff to expert teams (required).
- Rigour, organisation, and the ability to quickly gain autonomy in a dynamic environment (required).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling impactful presentation of analyses (required).
