Sales Planning Officer

Translated from French
Description

Within Trade Marketing, the PAAF team is looking for its future Sales Planning Officer on a permanent contract. The PAAF team plays a central role in structuring, operationalising, and managing the commercial actions led by the sales force.

The role contributes to the construction, planning, and management of the sales force's commercial actions, within and outside the PAC (Plan d'Actions Commerciales - Sales Action Plan). It is a key link between strategic objectives, operational needs, and their concrete translation into commercial tools and bodies.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the construction of PAC projects, by defining key performance indicators, target customer profiles, and the elements necessary for the implementation of sales force actions.
  • Participate in the development of instruction guides, the creation of tools, the drafting of needs statements, and the verification of correct information flow into dedicated tools and bodies.
  • Support the improvement of commercial processes, to facilitate deployments, streamline the operationalisation of the PAC, and ensure effective implementation of action plans with various FOCO (Force de Vente Commerciale - Sales Force Commercial) entities, particularly ACP Trade Marketing, the Data Factory, or the DOC (Direction des Opérations Commerciales - Commercial Operations Department).
  • Manage sales force actions, by preparing, analysing, and operationalising the key KPIs necessary for the success of PAC action plans.
  • Also contribute to the operational management of various bodies, such as Weekly Calls, V&R Calls, or Action Co Steering Committees.
  • Conduct commercial diagnostics and studies, to inform decisions, identify necessary adjustments, and contribute to the performance of action plans deployed in the field.
  • Ensure the scheduling of commercial actions, by integrating sales force actions into dedicated tools such as Egide, Odacio, and SharePoint Weekly Call.
  • Also generate mass actions based on commercial news and ensure their quantitative and qualitative monitoring.
  • Support the planning and prioritisation of actions, particularly by managing the calculation of the sales force's CAF (Capacité d'Action sur le Terrain - Field Action Capacity), by formulating arbitration recommendations, and by ensuring the proper sequencing of operations while respecting field action capacity.
Requirements
  • Higher education (Master's degree or equivalent) in commerce, marketing, project management, or commercial performance analysis (required).
  • First successful experience of at least 8 years in a commercial, trade marketing, activity management, or commercial performance environment (required).
  • Ability to utilise indicators, analyse data, and produce diagnostics to inform decision-making (required).
  • Rigour and organisation, comfortable with planning, action tracking, and coordinating multiple subjects in parallel (required).
  • Understanding of sales force operational challenges and the ability to translate commercial priorities into concrete, clear, and actionable plans (required).
  • Good command of commercial, reporting, or activity management tools (required).
  • Interest in transformation projects related to commercial performance (required).
Benefits
  • Fixed salary based on experience over 12 months (required).
  • Variable pay according to applicable terms (required).
  • Profit-sharing and incentive bonuses (required).
  • Individual bonuses (required).
  • Group savings plan (required).
  • Parental policy (required).
  • Health insurance (required).
  • 100 days of remote working per year (required).
  • Restaurant card (required).
  • Training and professional development (required).
