Remote Sales Representative – M/F – Apprenticeship
Under the responsibility of the Remote Sales Manager, the Remote Sales Representative contributes, as part of a duo with the Sales Representative, to the remote management of the assigned territory. They ensure the deployment of the commercial policy in compliance with Group policies, including the Group's Responsible Gaming policy.
By joining the FDJ Réseau Sales Department, you will become part of a commercial subsidiary undergoing transformation, within a human-sized group. At the Aytré agency, a team with multiple skills works hand in hand to support and retain our Partner Retailers. As part of our apprenticeship campaign, we are looking for our future Remote Sales Representative for the 2026/2027 academic year.
- Support our Partner Retailers by telephone, remotely managing the points of sale in your portfolio on a regular basis.
- Encourage and engage our Partner Retailers in the success of FDJ.
- Play a genuine advisory role with them by assisting them with stock management, presenting our latest news, and ensuring the quality of follow-up on requests.
- Promote the entire FDJ offering (draw games, scratch cards, sports betting) by adapting your calls according to the different profiles of Partner Retailers, with whom you will share your knowledge of FDJ products.
- Preparation for a Bac+3 level diploma in a commercial or administrative field, such as a degree (required).
- Curiosity and organisation to best prepare your calls (required).
- Interpersonal skills that allow you to be at ease in all circumstances and build quality relationships with your various contacts (required).
- A taste for challenges and a sense of customer service (required).
