Line Manager
FDJ United is seeking a Line Manager to support the Database Services team, which is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases across test and production environments. This role is a one-year maternity leave cover based in Stockholm, Sweden, within the Infrastructure Platform organisation.
The Line Manager will lead a team of approximately 10 engineers, fostering a positive team culture and creating the conditions for both individuals and the team to succeed. The role involves working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong focus on quality, timely delivery, and compliance. The successful candidate will act as a key partner to the Database Product Manager and collaborate with other managers across the organisation to implement strategies that improve team performance and achieve business goals.
