Product Owner Data & IA
FDJ United is seeking a Product Owner Data & IA to join the AI Product team within the Data Science & AI Product division. This team is responsible for designing, developing, industrialising, and supervising advanced AI products that support marketing use cases while integrating responsible gaming considerations.
The role involves acting as both a Product Owner for an AI squad and a transverse lead for Data Science & AI Product delivery. The Product Owner will bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, ensuring that AI products are delivered from initial definition through to production and ongoing supervision. This role guarantees responsible business value creation, long-term performance, and alignment with regulatory requirements, including GDPR and ANJ.
- Manage a portfolio of AI products from business requirement gathering to industrialisation and supervision, to achieve business and scientific objectives.
- Orchestrate interactions between business, data, IT, and compliance teams, and anticipate dependencies between products and teams to secure commitments and schedules.
- Translate product vision into operational execution, prioritise the roadmap, and drive value using measurable indicators such as ROI and value-effort matrices.
- Guarantee the application of product, Agile, and MLOps methodologies, as well as model performance in production through appropriate supervision mechanisms.
- Facilitate continuous improvement of practices and lead the transverse delivery of Data Science & AI products, with the support of Data Science Product Owners from other squads.
- Higher education degree from an engineering school, university, or equivalent (required).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist and/or Data/AI Product Owner (required).
- Mastery of Machine Learning fundamentals, data structures, and Data/ML/AI workflows (required).
- Understanding of GenAI principles (required).
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, industrialisation, and model monitoring practices (required).
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and ideally SAFe (required).
- Understanding of digital marketing and CRM challenges (required).
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder coordination skills (required).
- Knowledge of Dataiku (nice-to-have).
