Product Owner Front Paris Sportifs - F/H - CDI
At FDJ UNITED, the Product Owner Front Paris Sportifs will pilot a strategic Front-end perimeter and contribute to the evolution of Unibet's Web and Mobile experiences to improve the betting experience, the performance of journeys, and the value delivered to players.
This role is part of the modernisation of the Group's sports betting platform. The Product Owner will drive the operational vision of their product perimeter, transforming business, user, and regulatory needs into high-value functionalities.
- Define, prioritise, and pilot the product backlog to maximise the value delivered to players and the business.
- Collect and transform business, user, and regulatory needs into clear user stories and functional requirements.
- Contribute to discovery work with Product Designers to identify opportunities for journey improvements.
- Use data and analytics to guide product decisions and measure the impact of deliveries.
- Arbitrate priorities by balancing business value, user experience, technical feasibility, and regulatory constraints.
- Unite stakeholders around the product roadmap and support the continuous improvement of front-end journeys.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or digital delivery, ideally acquired in an agile, B2C digital environment with high dependencies (required).
- Solid product culture, enabling the ability to pilot a backlog, prioritise effectively, structure complex needs, and collaborate with Product, Design, Tech, and Data teams (required).
- Ability to make data-driven decisions by leveraging analytics to identify opportunities, measure the impact of changes, and guide product arbitration (required).
- Aptitude for reconciling business stakes, user experience, and technical constraints, while demonstrating diplomacy, clarity, and influence with varied stakeholders (required).
- Strong product curiosity and benchmarking culture, leading to staying updated on market trends, challenging the existing, and identifying new improvement opportunities for players (required).
- Fluent English is mandatory to ensure good understanding of exchanges with different teams (required).
- Experience in sportsbook, gaming, e-commerce, or fintech (nice-to-have).
- Appreciates the use of AI applied to product practices (nice-to-have).
- Fixed salary based on experience paid over 13 months.
