Oracle Cloud Finance Solution Lead
Within the Group Finance Transformation department, the Finance Solution Lead will bring their functional/tool expertise to support business users, administer tools, particularly the Oracle Cloud ERP, optimise processes, and implement the Finance roadmap for the FDJ Group.
In a context of accelerated transformation of Finance functions and regular integration of new entities, FDJ UNITED is pursuing the harmonisation of its financial processes and tools across the Group. The Oracle Cloud Finance Solution Lead is sought to support business units in adopting new standards, contribute to functional arbitration, and drive the evolution of Finance tools and processes. Within the Group Finance Transformation department, you will join a team working across the entire FDJ UNITED scope. You will be the functional Finance lead for Oracle Cloud. Your mission is to bridge the gap between business needs and application solutions to ensure harmonised, efficient processes adapted to the Group's challenges.
- Support Finance teams in using tools and advise them on best practices to promote the adoption of harmonised processes within the Group.
- Analyse business needs, challenge requests, and formulate recommendations to arbitrate the most relevant functional evolutions.
- Lead and support Finance transformation projects such as the integration of new entities, process automation, or the evolution of the Oracle Cloud environment.
- Ensure the quality of data flows, the consistency of repositories, and the proper functioning of Finance solutions in collaboration with the IT department and external partners.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and maintain active monitoring to identify opportunities for evolution and innovation.
- Graduate of higher education in management, finance, or information systems (required).
- At least 7 years of experience acquired in consulting firms or in transformation and support roles with financial organisations (required).
- Confirmed expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (required).
- Experience participating in ERP deployment, transformation, or application maintenance projects (required).
- Understanding of key financial and accounting processes (required).
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, from general accounting to management control (required).
- Analytical and pragmatic mindset with the ability to take a step back, identify root causes of problems, and propose solutions adapted to business challenges (required).
