Description

FDJ United is seeking a Product Manager Features & Services to join the Sportsbook Product department in Boulogne-Billancourt. This role involves managing a team of three project managers and collaborating with various internal departments including Trading, Marketing, CRM, Data & Analytics, UX/UI, Compliance, Legal, and Technology. The position operates within a multi-brand, multi-country, and multi-tenant environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategy, definition, prioritisation, and management of features and services for bettors. The goal is to enhance commercial performance, user experience, and the overall competitiveness of the Sportsbook offering.

Responsibilities
  • Define and steer the product strategy for the Features & Services scope by building the vision, roadmap, and priorities based on user needs, business stakes, market monitoring, and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct Product Discovery by organising ideation and framing phases, analysing customer behaviour and performance data, and validating business cases for new features.
  • Manage the entire Product Delivery cycle from requirements gathering and functional specifications to backlog prioritisation, development coordination, testing, production deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Develop and optimise Sportsbook products and services, including personalisation, recommendations, user journeys, Live Betting, Bet Builder, Quick Bet, My Bets, loyalty tools, conversion and retention levers, and cross-selling with other Group verticals.
  • Measure performance and ensure product quality by defining KPIs and reporting, evaluating the adoption and business impact of releases, and managing testing, maintenance, backlog build and run, incident tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage a team of three project managers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent (required).
  • More than five years of experience in digital Product Management (required).
  • Confirmed product expertise in Product Discovery, Product Strategy, Product Delivery, roadmap management, and Agile delivery, with experience in Scrum and/or Kanban (required).
  • Good knowledge of highly digital and transactional environments, ideally acquired in sports betting, gaming, or a comparable platform (required).
  • Excellent understanding of digital user journeys (required).
  • Analytical and performance-oriented approach to define and track KPIs, leverage data, and guide product decisions (required).
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Figma (required).
  • Transverse and managerial leadership combined with excellent communication, strong synthesis skills, autonomy, customer orientation, and a taste for innovation (required).
  • Fluent in French and English (required).
