Within Merchant & Services, the technical teams are evolving in a context of strong growth and transformation. As part of an increase in activity, FDJ UNITED is looking for its future Helpdesk Technician on a permanent contract in Bordeaux.
- Taking calls, gathering requirements, qualifying and resolving level 2 requests and incidents escalated by the level 1 service, using existing procedures.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software remotely.
- Occasionally intervening on servers, networks, or client databases in conjunction with level 3 technicians.
- Analysing the quality of services provided to users and technological choices to better respond to them.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Perfect oral fluency and good written expression skills (required).
- Several years of experience in technical customer support (required).
