Customer Care B2B Support
Flutter International is seeking Customer Care B2B Support representatives to join the call centre operations for Sisal in Turkey. The role focuses on managing incoming requests across multiple channels while ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
In addition to handling inbound queries, the position involves conducting outbound calls to explain campaign terms and drive participation rates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing these interactions effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Üniversitelerin en az 2 senelik eğitim programlarından mezun olmak (required).
