Customer Service Agent
As a Customer Service Specialist, the individual will handle customer inquiries via Digital Service Channels, including inbound and outbound call centre, chat, email, and social media. They will provide customers with data regarding new and existing services/campaigns, and register customer problems and requests correctly and accurately. The role also involves verifying any kind of information related to subscribers, following a high-security level of customer data confidentiality, and adhering to company standards in customer service. Maintaining proper knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and standards is essential.
- Handle customer inquiries via Digital Service Channels: inbound and outbound call center Chat, Email, Social Media
- Provide customers with the data regarding new and existing services/campaigns
- Register Customer problems and requests correctly and accurately
- Verify any kind of information related to subscribers
- Follow high-security level of customer data confidentiality
- Follow company standards in customer service
- Proper knowledge of Company products/ services/promotions/standards.
- Fluency in Armenian (required).
- Good knowledge of Russian (required).
- English will be considered a plus (nice-to-have).
